How does booking work at Glamour House?
We use a simple 2-step process:
1️⃣ First, you’ll fill out a short form with your style request and photo.
2️⃣ Then, we’ll review your request, discuss the price and time estimate with you via text, and send you a private booking link if you're ready to move forward.
When do I pay the $25 deposit?
We only charge the $25 non-refundable deposit after we’ve confirmed your style, price, and time with you. You’ll get a private link to finalize your appointment once we’re both on the same page. The deposit goes toward your total balance.
Is the wash and blow-dry included?
Yes! Every service at Glamour House includes a wash, detangle, and blow-dry — no need to prep your hair beforehand.
Where is Glamour House located?
Our exact location will be sent 24 hours before your confirmed appointment for privacy and security reasons.
What happens if I’m running late?
⏰ We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled with a fee.
❌ If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I bring guests or kids to my appointment?
To ensure a peaceful experience for you and others, only ONE extra guest or children are allowed unless being serviced. Thank you for understanding!
